2024/25 Winter Storage Contract

Winter Storage:
If you are sick of shoveling snow off of your camper or boat, Union Fairgrounds Winter storage can help!
Cars, Boats and Popup Campers - 4H Showring, Exhibition Hall, Blueberry Acres, and Beattie Craft building. Because of door height restrictions, these buildings are limited to smaller boats, popup campers and vehicles.
Campers and Larger Boats - Pulling Ring, Cattle Barn, or Midway. These spaces are more accessible than the others and are able to accommodate larger boats, campers and motorhomes.
Three storage options:
Option 1. Outside covered (open sided building): These storage facilities have open sides but covered roofs.
Option 2. Inside secured building: These buildings are secured but due to door height restrictions they are limited to smaller boats, popup campers and vehicles.
Option 3. Outside uncovered (Midway): This uncovered area allows for a space to keep your driveway clear all winter and is priced at a cheaper rate. All vehicles will be parked on pavement.

November 1:
4H Showring, Exhibition Hall, Midway
2024/25 Storage Rates:
Rates are per season and are based on overall length, rounded up to the nearest foot of equipment, including trailer tongue.
$10.00 per day will be added for any items left after the May 1st deadline.
Option 1: $10 per linear foot
Option 2: $15 per linear foot
Option 3: $100 per unit
ATV/lawn mower/motorcycle: $100 per unit
Our staff will recommend the best storage option for your vehicle based on size; height and length.
Indoor storage does have height and width restrictions.
